You have a statutory right to cancel and return an order, but no later than 14 work days after the receipt of your package.

We will refund unused items that must be sent back securely in their original condition and original, unopened packaging. 

Elixirs of Life will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned, we strongly recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery or a signed for Courier service.

On receipt and inspection of the goods a refund will be issued.

Return postage for any cancelled or refused order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, we do not refund any postage costs paid for a cancelled order.

In the unlikely event an item is faulty, we will refund the full amount, however, you must retain all packaging as we will ask for photos to submit to our courier.
