Delivery Information

We have worked hard to put in place the most efficient and cost effective postal options for our customers.

*In general orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after they are received.

Delivery will be charged depending on the overall weight of the parcels, this is calculated automatically at checkout, where you can choose the option you prefer.

Delivery is made by Royal Mail with the option of 2nd Class (2-3 business days after dispatch) or 1st Class (1-2 business days after dispatch) and ranging from £3.65 to £11.00 dependant on weight.

There is also an option to choose DHL Next Day Delivery with full tracking and SMS Updates, ranging between £8.60 and £20.00 dependant on weight.

*Trade orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days however during busy times this may not be possible, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery must be of order must be notified to Elixirs of Life within 14 days of placing your order, email custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk  

Orders placed via the website during our holiday closure time will be dispatched immediately on our return. Closure notice dates are always visible on the website when ordering and website subscribers to will also receive email notification.
