Acceptance of orders
When you place an order with us and payment has been accepted, you will receive a Confirmation email sent to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. This is our acceptance email a legally binding agreement between you and Elixirs of Life, your goods will then been dispatched in accordance with your order.
Once orders have been received, orders cannot be amended, we are unable to add items to paid orders.
Payment and pricing
All prices are in UK Pounds.
We accept payment by most major Credit/Debit cards including Paypal, all payments are processed and authorised before dispatch, we are not responsible for any declined payments resulting in delay or non-delivery of your order.
We take utmost care to ensure prices published on the website are correct, occasionally an error may occur, in which case we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information without prior notice including after an order has been placed. We are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price.
For security reasons, orders processed through Nochex do not allow an alternative delivery address, if you wish your order to be delivered to a different address this can be achieved through using Paypal (You do not need a Paypal account to pay this way).

We have worked hard to put in place the most efficient and cost effective postal options for our customers.
*In general orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours after they are received.
Delivery will be charged depending on the overall weight of the parcels, this is calculated automatically at checkout, where you can choose the option you prefer.
Delivery is made by Royal Mail with the option of 2nd Class (2-3 business days after dispatch) or 1st Class (1-2 business days after dispatch) and ranging from £3.50 to £11.00 dependant on weight.
There is also an option to choose DHL Next Day Delivery with full tracking and SMS Updates, ranging between £7.50 and £20.00 dependant on weight.
*Trade orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days however during busy times this may not be possible, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Claims for damage, packing errors or non-delivery must be of order must be notified to Elixirs of Life within 14 days of placing your order, email custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk
Orders placed via the website during our holiday closure time will be dispatched immediately on our return. Closure notice dates are always visible on the website when ordering and website subscribers to will also receive email notification.
*Excludes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Rights to Cancel
You have a statutory right to cancel an order, but no later than 14 work days after the receipt of your package.
We know you will be delighted with your purchase, however in the unlikely event you wish to cancel an order, please email custserv@elixirsoflife.co.uk to obtain authorisation.

We will refund unused items that must be sent back securely in their original condition and original, unopened packaging.
Elixirs of Life will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned, we strongly recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery or a signed for Courier service, on receipt of the goods a refund will be issued.
Return postage for any cancelled or refused order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note, we do not refund any postage costs paid.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty, we will refund the full amount, however, you must retain all packaging as we will ask for photos to submit to our courier.
